HOW TO USE
Add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea to a tea strainer and place into your cup.
Pour over freshly boiled water and let it steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
Watch it deepen in colour.
Let the scent rise.
Take a breath before the first sip.
You’ll need a tea strainer for loose leaf, and I’ve made the most beautiful glass mugs with wooden lids and built in strainers to make it simple.
