You may have seen me in my videos, lighting a small piece of wood and letting the smoke drift gently through the room… this is it.

Palo santo, meaning “holy wood”, has been used for centuries to cleanse energy, calm the mind, and bring a sense of peace back into a space.

But not all palo santo is the same.

Mine is ethically sourced from naturally fallen trees in South America, never cut down. It’s slowly aged, which is what gives it that deep, grounding scent… soft wood, a hint of sweetness, something almost warm and comforting.

This is the kind that actually lingers. The kind you feel.

WHY I USE IT

Not as a trend. Not as a “wellness extra”.

I use it when life feels loud.
When my head feels full.
When I need to come back to myself.

It’s a reset.

Light it in the morning before the house wakes up.
Use it after a long day to clear the weight you didn’t realise you were carrying.
Or just in small, quiet moments… when you want to slow everything down.

HOW TO USE

Light the end of your palo santo stick and let it burn for around 30 seconds.
Blow it out and allow the smoke to drift.

Move it around your space, your body, your doorway… wherever feels right.
Set an intention if you want to, or don’t. There’s no rules here.

When you’re done, rest it in a heatproof dish and let it go out naturally.

Each stick can be relit again and again.
